Sapporo 'SMOOTH' Activation 2017

CHALLENGE

In the launching of a new product version, Sapporo aims to emphasize the key hero feature of ''Smooth" taste to consumer integratedly from online to on-ground. The challenge of this campaign is not only in 'reach and impression' but also the huge number of 'engagement and trial' at the activation. 

SOLUTION

To convey the smooth feeling of drinking Sapporo boldly, we built up our key hook - the Giant Sapporo Smooth towers at shopping mall (9m for the tallest). To attract users, at the peak hours, we organize the entertained performance, game and rewarded activities. In addition, we set up the system of 10 cameras to produce fancy videos of user at the booth and gave back to them to check-in on Facebook. All the activities are designed to be synchronizable between online and offline to create the integrated effect and sustain the message more effectively.

RESULT

The campaign noticed as a big success with the strong rise in target number:

- Attract totally over 54000 target consumers onground
- The trial crosses 17000 pcs
- Social (Facebook) engagement increase significantly with thousands of like, share, comment about the campaign.
